About me
Hi there, my name is Myrthe, and I am based in Boston, the United States. I am passionate about project management and sustainability, working on initiatives that create real impact and address issues of societal importance.​

Strong diplomatic skills and high-level analytical thinking allow me to work in dynamic environments, and I can easily adapt to diverse cultures. I value building genuine relationships and taking the time to understand both the people and organizations I work with. I enjoy helping clients solve complex challenges and have a love for research and writing.
My story
After having completed my studies in International Relations & Diplomacy, I started as management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers the Netherlands. I enjoyed working on a variety of projects cross-industry, which has allowed me to build a strong professional skillset and the comfort of working for every type of client. I thrive in multidisciplinary, diverse teams and I am experienced in coordinating projects that require alignment with multiple international stakeholders. I also enjoy doing international field work - and have worked across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
A recent field visit to (cotton) farming projects in India increased my motivation to work in the sustainability sector and improve the sustainability of the textile supply chain. I was intrigued by the impact of the industry (both environmental and social) as well as the complexity of addressing issues (governance). I immersed myself in the topic by numerous hours of self-study and online courses. Ever since, I'm motivated to working on more projects in this field.
After more than 7 years it was time for change! May 2024, I moved to the United States with my husband. I also decided it was time to start my own company, building on my extensive consulting experience. This is the perfect opportunity to expand my horizon even more. I always love meeting new people and look forward to growing my international network in the United States.
